What is a FlexCancel Ticket?

A FlexCancel Ticket gives you the flexibility to cancel your ticket for any reason up to 72 hours before the event and receive a partial refund — no questions asked.

Which events offer FlexCancel Tickets?

FlexCancel Tickets are available for the following Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling (TJPW) shows hosted by Tokyo Story USA:

• Houston: July 10 & 11, 2025
  

• Dallas: July 13, 2025

Only FlexCancel Tickets are eligible for cancellation and refund. Standard tickets are non-refundable.

How much will I get back if I cancel?

If you cancel at least 72 hours before your event, you will receive 70% of your ticket price back (excluding any additional service fees or add-ons).
The specific amount will be shown in your confirmation email.

What’s excluded?

Refunds do not apply to:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event
  

• Add-ons, merchandise, or shipping fees
  

• Tickets canceled due to changes or cancellations made by the organizer
  
  

How do I cancel my ticket and request a refund?

Email support@blissguarantee.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID
  

• The event name and date
  

• Your preferred refund method (ACH transfer, PayPal, or Venmo)
  
  

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

When can I cancel?

Cancellation is available from the day after your purchase until 72 hours before the event start time.

Do I need to provide a reason or documentation?

No — you can cancel for any reason. No explanation or paperwork is required.
