FlexCancel Ticket – Terms & Conditions

For Tokyo Story presents TJPW Live in Houston and Dallas – July 2025

Definitions

Purchaser: “You,” the person who purchased a FlexCancel Ticket.
Booking: Your admission ticket(s) for Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling’s live events in Houston (July 10 & 11) or Dallas (July 13), purchased through the official Tokyo Story USA website.
Booking Value: The base price of your event ticket, excluding fees and add-ons.
Tokyo Story USA: The event organizer and ticketing platform.
FlexCancel Ticket: A bundled ticket product that includes built-in cancellation flexibility provided by Bliss.
Bliss: The service provider offering flexible refund processing for eligible cancellations.

What is a FlexCancel Ticket?

A FlexCancel Ticket allows you to cancel for any reason up to 72 hours before the start of your event and receive a partial refund.

• You are eligible for a 70% refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees or add-ons).
  
  

• No explanation, proof, or documentation is required to cancel.
  
  

• This refund benefit is included as part of the FlexCancel Ticket price and cannot be removed or refunded separately.
  
  

Coverage Window:
FlexCancel coverage starts at 12:01 AM UTC the day after ticket purchase and ends 72 hours before your event begins.

What is excluded?

FlexCancel refunds are not available for:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event
  
  

• Event cancellations or changes made by Tokyo Story USA
  
  

• Non-ticket items such as merchandise, shipping, or handling fees
  
  

How to request a cancellation and refund

To cancel your FlexCancel Ticket and receive a refund:

1. Email support@blissguarantee.com
   
   

2. Submit your request at least 72 hours before your event
   
   

3. Include the following:
   
   

• Your Order ID Number
  
  

• The event name and date (Houston or Dallas)
  
  

• Your preferred refund method (ACH transfer, PayPal, or Venmo)
  
  

Refund processing timeline:

• Bliss will confirm your cancellation within 72–96 hours
  
  

• Refunds will be issued in USD
  
  

• Processing times are typically 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider
  
  

No documentation required

You may cancel for any reason — no medical documents, explanations, or supporting materials are necessary.
