These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Nazotoki digital puzzle game ("Game") provided by Falcon JP Investment LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Game

Nazotoki is an interactive digital puzzle game delivered through online messaging and web-based content. The Game is designed to be played individually using a smartphone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game.

3. Purchases

The Game is a digital product. Payment must be completed before access to the Game is provided. Prices are shown on the purchase page.

4. No Refunds

Because the Game is delivered digitally and access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not available except where required by applicable law.

5. Personal Use

Your purchase allows one person to play the Game. You may not share access, distribute game materials, or allow others to use your purchase.

6. Spoilers and Content Sharing

To protect the experience for other players, you may not publicly share or distribute puzzle answers, solutions, screenshots of puzzles, story content, or other game materials without written permission from the Company.

7. No Streaming or Recording

You may not record, stream, broadcast, or otherwise publicly display gameplay, puzzle content, or solutions from the Game on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or social media without written permission from the Company.

8. No Walkthroughs or Guides

You may not publish walkthroughs, guides, hints, or explanations of the puzzles or story content of the Game.

9. Intellectual Property

All puzzles, stories, images, videos, characters, and other materials in the Game are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

10. Suspension of Access

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Game if a user violates these Terms, including sharing spoilers or distributing game content.

11. Technical Requirements

The Game requires:

• a smartphone

• an internet connection

• access to the LINE messaging app

The Company is not responsible for issues caused by device compatibility, internet connectivity, or third-party platform outages.

12. Service Availability

The Game may rely on third-party services. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

14. Changes

The Company may update these Terms or modify the Game at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
