TEXAS STAMPEDE SUPER FAN SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Texas Stampede Super Fan Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tokyo Story, 110 Bagby Street, STE 54, Houston, TX 77002 (“Sponsor”).

2. ENTRY ACCEPTED PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins accepting entries on March 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on March 22, 2026 at 8:00 PM CST (the “Entry Period”).

Mail-in entries must be received by March 22, 2026 at 8:00 PM CST.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Automatic Entry via Purchase:

Each purchase of a TJPW Super Fan Bundle during the Entry Period automatically includes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without purchase, submit either of the following entry sheet:

• A standard U.S. business card (3.5 inches by 2 inches), OR  
• A handwritten entry on a single piece of paper cut to 3.5 inches by 2 inches with similar thickness of business card,

The entry sheet must clearly include:
Full legal name
Valid email address
Mobile phone number

Mail the entry in a stamped envelope to:

Houston, TX 77002  

Entries must be individually submitted. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or automated entries are not permitted.

5. PRIZE – TJPW Live in Japan Watch Tour

One (1) winner will receive a TJPW Live in Japan Watch Tour package valued up to approximately $1,500, consisting of:

• Round-trip ZIPAIR flight reimbursement (up to $800)  
• Three (3) nights hotel accommodation in Tokyo (up to $150 per night)  
• One (1) TJPW event ticket in Japan of the winner’s choice, any available seat category up to a maximum value of $250  

Travel must be completed no later than March 22, 2027, unless otherwise approved in writing by Sponsor.

If the winner elects to upgrade flights, extend their stay, select higher-tier accommodations, or purchase a higher-value ticket, reimbursement will be capped at the stated maximum package value.

Actual value may vary based on travel dates, availability, and event schedule.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner is solely responsible for taxes, passport requirements, visas, insurance, and all other expenses not expressly stated.

6. WINNER SELECTION

On or about March 22, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours.

To claim the prize, the winner may be required to:
• Confirm eligibility
• Provide valid government-issued identification
• Execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful

Failure to respond within the required time period or failure to complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Travel must be coordinated with Sponsor and is subject to availability.

8. ANNOUNCEMENT

Following verification, Sponsor may publicly announce the confirmed winner. Timing of announcement is subject to administrative processing and verification.

9. GENERALCONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, technical failures, travel delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed the stated maximum retail value of the prize.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
